Renew and Reform by Anne Evard
Soften the pains of modern life
Hello, I’m Anne, a 37-year-old passionate Pilates instructor. After my pregnancy, I sought a training method to restore balance to my body and strengthen my muscles, leading me to discover Pilates.
The positive changes I experienced through regular practice inspired me to become an instructor. In 2023, I completed a comprehensive 450-hour training program at Pilates Swiss in Zurich.
Today, I’m excited to share my passion with you! In my classes—offered in German, French, or English—you’ll experience authentic and mindful instruction tailored to your needs. I believe a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, and I’m here to help you achieve that.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Qualitop certification
Thanks to the Qualitop certification, my services are recognized by numerous Swiss health insurance providers.
Personal Training
In personal training, you are the focus. Together, we’ll work on classic Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Pilates Chair, and Barrel—perfect for optimizing your posture, building muscle, and enhancing your well-being.
My Pilates sessions begin with relaxation exercises and dynamic warm-ups, followed by personalized routines emphasizing visceral breathing. We utilize tools like balls, bands, and blocks, with modifications available for all skill levels. After ten sessions, you’ll notice improved posture, increased strength, better balance, and a deeper connection to your breath. My teaching is characterized by authenticity, positivity, and passion, fostering a motivating atmosphere.
Book your session now at my studio in Höngg or Seefeld, and take the first step toward a stronger, more balanced body.
Group Training
Pilates is even more enjoyable in a group! In my group classes in Höngg, you’ll experience the dynamic energy of collective practice while sustainably improving your posture and balance.
I ensure every participant feels well-supported by providing clear instructions and addressing individual needs. The positive environment and focus on visceral breathing help maintain concentration and accessibility.
Group motivation thrives on mutual inspiration and support, making training fun and encouraging progress. Exercises from the classic Pilates repertoire are particularly effective, as they can be adapted to varying abilities, providing an efficient workout.
